I received several calls from this person early this morning. I blocked the call and they called back anonymous. I am on a do not call list..

Never interested never signed up and asked to do not call

CID shows 'Toll-Free Call', but recorded message identifies the caller as the National Rifle Association. I did not listen to the entire message, so do not know if this is a 'political' call or the NRA begging for donations.
