called me and wanted the last 4 of my ssn. Told them no way in ---- and said good bye.

No message left - call display just said 'New York'

I just got a call and pre-recorded message from this #. They said they were NCO Financial debt collecting agency and they were collecting a debt, but my record is clean, so I don't know if it's legit or not?
