I received a letter telling me to call this number within a week because I won 2 roundtrip airline tickets anywhere in the US. Apparently they've tried contacting me several times. The letter is from US Airlines but the envelope was blank.

Searches of several reverse phone number sites and search on Blue Licenses Holding, Llc. state the number is a land line on N. Las Vegas Blvd., near Ogden, just north of the Fremont Street Experience. I think it is located in the U.S. Bank building. However, worldwide annoyed call receivers have narrowed the owner of Blue Licenses Holding, Llc. to Cingular Wireless which is now, AT&T.
