FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

They called me threatening me to blackmail me because I called them scammers after scamming $75 off me online. They rang me on the above number demanding money or else they were going to blackmail me.

For the past week, I have been getting calls from unusual numbers (like this one) on my cell phone.  I have learned not to answer.
