FCC Complaint: Prerecorded Voice

Received text message to resolve pending alert placed on my Credit Union debit card. I called and an automated female voice asked for my cc number, expiration, and pin. However, when I entered it a male voice came on and said invalid number. Is this a scam?

A guy known as Green Bank and/or a girl known as Kelly Cooper (supposedly a attorney) ring about the winning of a sweepstakes. these people need money up front for processing, paying for the money and/or automobiles to be precessed through customs, etc. we recognise somebody who sent many thousands of dollars before realizing this is a con.
