I have gotten several calls from this number with a foreign accent telling me I owe over $700 to a pay day loan company. I don't have any record of this trnsaction, but they want me to pay them.

Call ID said merely New Jersey - a Google search says the number belongs to a Michael Sackman in Paramus.  No message left - a political call?
