What type of scam is this? Calls about blocking a number - says it a law firm and hurriedly hangs up after mumbling.

Message left on answering machine from a Kathy Shaw.  They purchased notes from a company called Pace Setter Windows that went out of business.  We had problems with the windows and they would not honor the warranties.

these people stated these people were "processing a file" & this is vital we contact them.
