Some unknown person with misguided ideas and too much time on their hands. Obviously very lonely on a Friday night. To simply call and hang up, does not bother me. What is disturbing is that they have no guts to say something, at least get it off your chest! Anyway if this number calls you and hang up, report it. In the end people like this simply receive their own negative karma back in spades!

Called back, man with heavy accent answered, told that many people used his phone, and he used backpages...spam, not shannon either.
