This apparently is a spoofed number.It is being used by MRS Associates..guess if you won't answer an 800 number or blocked, they will spoof a local area code number.  If I won't answer 800 then you should realize I won't answer any number that I don't recognize!!

This person uses a 'Google Voice' account.  They have been scamming people on craigslist.
