I've received 18 phone calls from this 1-314-216-3685 in just a few hours. they will not stop. I'm wondering if this call is somehow giving them acess to my phone to make calls.

Daily robo-call that hangs up every time the phone is answered. I work nights, and am constantly being woke up by this. Unable to return the long distance call from this number. Calling back from cell phone, the machine 'says' i can remove (my number) from there list, but does not give the opportunity to enter a separate phone number. Apparently will only remove the number I call back from, which is my cell phone. Please stop the madness!!
