Constant calls from this number and other Georgia numbers. It seems that when I block 1, I get 2-3 more from this area. Please can someone tell me how to stop this?

I received a call from this number today and it was from a car warranty company. The person I talked with spoke with a difficult to understand accent and wanted my name so they could look up my warranty. When I told him that I was sure that there was not a warranty on file with them he hung up.

The woman on the line said she was with a Federal Service wanting to set up business with our company. When I told her we are not interested and asked her to please not call again, she hung up and preceded to call me FIVE more times consecutively.
