Calling not saying anything

This is the 12th call I have gotten from an unknown number in a week. This one says Charleston, SC. It will ring for about 5 to 7 seconds and disconnect.

had a ring with this no. however did not reply & soon as we rang this back this stated this is cut off still do not kno who calld

call me every 1/2 hour leaves no message

Who ever this belongs to calls constantly and does not leave a message. They do not have any respect for time of day, and obviously have no respect for me enough to leave information.
