This is a legitimate company, Quicken Loans, which I already have an account through. They say in their paperwork when you sign up that they will periodically contact you to see if they can make you a better deal, and that is what this was, at least for me. I told them no thanks and that was the end of it.

the lady starts off asking questions about someone you know. will not answer any of your questions but will hang up on you. i believe this is a scam.
