Appears to be a debt collector operation--I've had my cell number for four years and still get calls about the number's former owner. Too bad my cell phone only blocks 25 numbers at a time.

had the identical call, states name at the really beginning.  Had to listen to this a few times to grasp this. It's with prophet Manasseh.

we just get the identical telephone ring. Ireport 'em to FBI.
