I complained so bad they had their IT manager provide me the opt-in as as it turns out I actually did inquire on a site that allowed them to call me as I remembered being on the site. DNC is negated when you opt-in to be contacted. So the moral of the story- Make sure you uncheck all those boxes online when you are signing up for something or you are screwed...
