I got a response for an add for a chair that I had placed for sale. The person said they were deaf so they had to communicate by texting. They sent me several texts about purchasing the chair from a Florida number however I live in Washington state. They said they lived in Oregon but were moving to Washington and needed some furniture so they would send me a check for the chair and have someone come to pick up the chair and have it transported to them. An Argentinian lady calls, stating that she is a lawyer with a file with my name, saying that american Lab sued me at my local city court and I did not show up at the hearing for $5000.00, originally for $239.00 cream products purchased back in 2008 and such company has voice recordings from phone number and a male voice with my name purchising those products, she insisted and get more information from me, she hangs up saying that she will work it out with American Lab and she will call back, In fact she calls back in 15 minutes stating that she fought with them to reduced the $5000.00 to avoid to go    court again..        THIS IS A LIE!!!! called my local court and search American Lab company on the internet and does not exist the company nor court case!!!!!

A marsha Monroe called to say I was approved for $5000.00 for a secure loan. I elected to do the insurance option which I wired to Odean Breakford and I haven't heard from them since they scammed my $400.00. I plan to file a complaint with the FBI and I will be calling them several times a day until I speak to someone to let them know they haven't heard the last of me.
