Paid off his $600 payday loan 2 years ago. I called the number from a different line and they called back after I hung up. I asked where they were calling from and they said Attorney Russell Miller's office. There were obviously a lot of other callers in the background and the phone cut off a lot. They are overseas routing through this number. We are filing a report at ic3.gov, contacting our and California's states attorneys, contacting Attorney Miller of California and contacting the LA non-emergency police department. This is a complete fraud.
