Prank text message

This call is a spamming calling at 130am. Same exchange as a company trying to sell health insurance. Tried to call back and said number not assigned well something just called me so it has to be something. I blocked their other number so now they are trying this but at 130am? There has to be a law for that

Dead air when I answered. Upon call back. Was immediatly hung up on.

This company has called twice today. Caller ID shows “Health Hotline.”
