Millions Call

They've called two days in a row.They've tried numerous times each day.They never leave a message.I'd love to know who it is so I can slap them with an FTC fine for violating the Do Not Call registry on which all of my phone numbers are listed.

I wish to know who is behind this phone number because I suspect it might be a scammer.

some jerk keeps calling from this number and hanging up. just don't answer it. sometimes it sounds like it's a butt dial

I received a call from a woman stating she was calling from California Energy but from this phone number: 818-285-0233When asked what she wanted, she hung up rudely and abruptly. Didn't even try to sell me anything.If I call this number back, there is always a busy signal.
