Southwest Collections. They handle the collections for utility companies. Staff was very nice. I was annoyed because I had only turned off the service 35 days ago, had not yet received the final bill from PECO, and already they had turned my account into a collection agency.

The number came up asHong Kong. And somebody is using my Social Security number that I had to call them back right away

No msg is left. they have rang three times with no msg. One ring came in at 10:45 P. M.

ring us many times, sometimes with restricted no. & ended up leaving a msg with kidsgirls speaking (celebratingyelling) which seems just like just like recorded. One time, we answered cos this showed the no., the person calling stayed silent. it is creepy.
