Call then hang up?

Keeps calling and does not speak. So annoying, I would like to meet these people face to face.

This is a long dist. access number. Someone from Toronto that you probably know used this to call you. It reduces their long distance charge to a few cents per minute. (I think the co. is called direct dial.) I use it!

This number is the wife of a friend of a friend and she is sending me harrassing emails, threatening me that I need to watch my back because she knows what I look like and to make sure we never cross paths because she will beat me up. I told her if she threatens me again I will call the police. She has continued to text me and will not stop

They just call and hang up when I answer.  How can I get them to stop?

Just signed up with comcast digital voice and this number called asking for me. Comcast and myself were the only ones who knew my number.Is comcast selling numbers and information about its customers that sign up for digital voice?Thats what it seems like to me.  (No - it wasn't comcast who called me)
