Millions Call

I started receiving these calls before 5/16/2014.

Offer to reduce my interest rate on my credit cards. This is an obvious scam effort to obtain private information. They are calling at least once daily and refuse to halt call...

Automated call. "Is this ________ (someone I've never heard of) Press 1, if not, press 2." I pressed 2. "Is ________ available to come to the phone? Press 1 for yes, if not, press 2". I pressed 2 and they hung up. I was advised not to press 1 confirming I was who they were calling for, or I would be confirming liability for whatever they are calling for. I'm blocking the number today through verizon.

They texted and said there was suspicious activity on my account.
Therefore it was locked!
