This man was a known automobile scammer, offering cars she does not own for low prices & making off with deposits. he is ripped ppl off for thousands.

This number has called my landline. Unknown number to me. Left no message.

these people have therefore many no.s & a useless 'opt-out' option that doesnt work (is not intended to work?).
