When you google the callback number it is a vehicle warranty scam.

rings at strangely odd hours, soon after 1am or 2am until 7am or 8am. . no voice on picking up the ring. . . puts the phone down soon after one or 2 minutes of picking up the ring. .

I got a call from this number 678-663-9532 at 11:49 pm on 6/24/2018 and when i answered, I can hear someone on the other end but they did not speak and I hang up very quickly. Not sure if this is a spam? why would they be calling so late ? very suspicious call.
