Calls and doesn't say anything call in the middle if the nights

I have received an anonymous call from the number 6153695601 on my cell and office number. The message I get is to call the number 8772826874 to retrieve an important message.When I called up on 8772826874, it asks me to enter my user id. I don't know what user id it's asking for and who is calling me or whom the phone number belongs to.This is happened almost 4 times in next 10 minutes. Don't know how to stop this call or where should I complain about this. Please help.

A gentlman called me today at 4:55pm. He asked if "Nolan Ryan" was available. I asked what number he was trying to reach and he did indicate my number. However, I told him I have had this number for almost 10 years. He then said, "well, this is the number he called from and I told him that is not possible." Living in Texas....I believe it was a joke. We do love you, Nolan Ryan MLB !! I did not identify myself. I've noted this number has called my phone before but they didn't leave a message.
