This was an unknown number to me.  I did reverse cell phone lookup, from the Los ANgeles area.  I don't answer those that I don't recognize.  They got the voice mail and locked up my phone, I had to reset everything.Very suspicious.

They want to set you up as an energy broker. May be a pyramid scheme like I've encountered in the past that dealt with the gas companies but maybe not.
