Phone rang at 3:41 am and no one on the line - I hung up and the phone rang again two times, but still no one on the line.  Msg on my cell phone said 'caller unknown'

I heard it wrong. It's fBcs. Collections.

Does anyone else get constant calls from this caller? Who are they?

A hang up call. Tried calling the number back and its invalid.

"You have been selected for a $1,000 Walmart Giftcard, Enter Code: "FREE" at http://www.walmart.com.wmgc.biz/ to claim your prize, Act fast Supplies are Limited" I received this text twice from two different numbers, googled it, and found about a dozen different complaint websites where various numbers had been reported for sending out this message.

They leave a msg saying they are IRS. I call back and they answer saying they are IRS. IRS does not call people and certainly not leave threatening msg. Fraud for sure
