rings constantly, never ever bothers to leave a VM

Whoever owns this number is sending me rude , graphic text messages of a sexual nature. He first contacted me on Feb 9 and again on Feb 23. I do not find this fun. It is very offensive. Seems he is getting off while doing this. Do not know how to make him stop except to ignore .

This number has been calling several times a day, with no one at the other end. Today, 'Jeffery' said he was calling on behalf of 'Breast Cancer Awareness'. I asked him why the caller ID didn't display his company name and he said his company simply represents 'Breast Cancer Awareness'. When I asked for his company's name and address he refused. So I told him I would report his number to NYS Attorney General for fraud if he did not properly identify the company he represented. He hung up on me. It's a scam.

They do not stop calling and I am on the do not call list.
