unsolicited robocall with suspicious scam offer to extend car warranty and did not self-identify with a bona fide company name

Identified herself as Harris County in a message. It is Harris County Investigations, a repo company.

Someone is sending me harassing landline text to my home. They are also snding text to my hsbands phone telling lies on me. They need to stop calling my house.

I have not called this number, but i recieved a letter and a check to use to become one of there part time employees where you send a money gram to canada and you get to keep some of the money for doing your job and letting them know how the money gram employee did.Is this for real?
