This is the Penns unit in Pinellas Park florida. It's the phone for the people that are incarcerated by the county.

I received a call for (202)239-8723. A man named Jeff Morgan with a Indian (for India) male voice claiming to be a IRS lawyer from DC. He told me that IRS have fine charge against me on money laundry fraud and in 45 minutes local authorities will arresting me. The call came from sprint carrier, with a mobile phone. It got me thinking why would IRS call me from a cell phone and not from 1-800 number. I called the number back and same person answered with a s Eric Thomson. I called the local authority and filed a harassment charge.

rang atleast five times consecutively asking for C****** G****.  When informed these people have the incorrect no., these people rang back four more times.

Missed a call from this number so I called back and asked what they do and they refused to give me any information about their company until I disclosed my name and phone number (which I did not). Very shady.
