spoof number and it keeps calling me with dead air in the background.

No name or message; scam.

This is the energy audit people, who wont take your number off the list, and wont give you a legitimate company address or phone number to complain to.

Claims to be some sort of healthcare survey call - they have called twice and this time I asked them to remove me from their call list and the woman 1)refused to stop talking to listen to me tell her I was not interested in taking part in the survey and wanted them to take me off their call list and then 2) asserted they were unable to remove me from a call list. I have blocked their number.
