I get a call from this number about 3 times a week with a recording that "lower the interest rate on your credit card to 6%, press 3 to discontinue notices, or 1 to speak to an operator" I've pressed 3 several times, they still call. I've pressed 1 and spoke to an operator twice, they just hang up on you. usually it just rings forever until it hangs up on you.
