Tried to call that number and just rang.then a few seconds after I hung up it called back and same loud beeps

My husband received a call from this number on his cell. No info so he intended to punch the red disconnect button but hit the green which connected it and then hit the disconn...

i got a text last niyte from this number, it said ' hey baby'  i was sleeeping so i did not reply.i wake up this morning and call it back and no one answers, just got voicemail twice and the second time it seemed like they hit ignore so it would go to vm faster. kinda curious who this is???
