Called and left text message like he knows me years now. Transparent scam

This calls me in the past few years. It stops for a while, and then start calling me again. It called me yesterday and also today. Very annoying. I know this is a company that makes web sites for small businesses, but they persistently call me. I am talking about 2 or 3 years! Crazy.

You just called my line. Who are you? What do you want?

Today this number called with a robotic female voice asking if I was a name that I am not. It said, "if I am '(name)' press 1, if not, hang up immediately. This is the 5th call from this number with the same message.

Do not know anyone in Chicago ..and the spoof scammers call and leave no message ...will never answer such numbers ..
