Called twice in the last two days. I never answer calls I don't know and they don't leave a message.

This person calls all hours of the night and will just sit there. You can hear the TV in the background but they wont speak. They called the other night at 1:15 am and last night at 10:31 pm, 10:38 pm, 10:45 pm and 11:01 pm. When I call it back they wont answer.
