keep on receiving rings with this no., no msg left, when we reply these people put the phone down Will contact the proper authority when this continues.

I received a scrambled text that was suspicious

I have repeatly told Capital One Auto Finanace that they have have the wrong number. I have never had or will have a loan from this people.

2nd robo call of the day from them, but from a slightly different number. Only catch part of the robocall as it starts while my message is being played. Sounds like the company might be NTI or something close to that, and may be some kind of "get back to work" program for people on disability. All I know is I never called them or requested information or had any omkind of business with them.
