They have been at this for longer then a year. Either a SCAM or IRS FRAUD call. Turn them in to Fresno County Sheriffs Department. No IRS office in this small farm town of Parlier, CA. The IRS will never call you, they nail you by mail.

telemarketing / using automated caller (no human) / ignores request to remove my number from their system

random phone calls starting at 11:00 pm from an Indian/Arabic sounding man. The last one arrived at 1:30 am!!! At first I kept saying "hello?" and the guy kept repeating what I was saying. I cussed the guy out and haven't gotten a call back since. If it happens again, I'll be calling my service provider and block the number.
