who was this person, this phoning us constantly & say ugly stuff can somebody do some thing please!

Threats for your a ssn,bank acct num,not a real collection agency.

I got a phone call from this particular number earlier on this morning and figured to report it all right here

we had a ring with them, & soon as we picked up, no one stated anything. There is a long silence. we eventually put the phone down.

I do not identify this number.

They said they were from an "Energy Consortium", calling about our utility bill. Caller ID says National Energy. They aren't our provider and apparently ignore the Do Not Call list.

Just a stray number?

Just received a text message from this number asking about how to cook a chicken. I have no idea who this person is.
