Edmonton, Alberta no. No results on 411 reverse lookup. Telemarketer apparently offering a 'free trip to Cancun'. probably a con.

Just received a txt msg from an unknown phone number 863-513-0131 regarding Tide detergent samples that are being sent in the mail - not to use because people have died.

Hi this is the alert system with Visa Master Card Account Services with important changes to your account before the next billing cycle if you received your new rates by mail and wish not to be contacted press 3 Congratulations on your excellent payment history you now qualify for a 0 percent interest rate on all your credit card accounts this is a limited time offer and you must respond immediately press 1 now to speak to our qualification department and complete the enrollment process.

No message, just called. Scammer.

Called my company cell phone. I answered twice stating my name and company. Caller was reluctant to say who they were (quite rude). After asking she real quickly said a quick muffled PNC, and no more. Then I when their computer screen pulled up my caller ID number after a slight delay, I was told my number was called as they were trying to call (another name) that I had no idea who that was, I never heard of them. They said they would take off the call list. Suspect someone gave a phony number out and it happened to be mine.
